Myasnikov Daniil 26db323c19 fix(postgres): regenerate deepcopy for IntOrString parameters map ...

Companion regen for the type change in the previous commit. The
deepcopy generator emits a fresh import for intstr and updates the
inner make() call to match the new map value type. Caught by the
codegen-drift check on CI.
