Aleksei Sviridkin a905fef9dd fix(clickhouse): use the cluster domain in keeper node hostnames ...

The zookeeper block redeclared $clusterDomain from
.Values.clusterDomain, a value the chart never defines, so it shadowed
the template-level variable read from _cluster.cluster-domain and every
keeper host rendered as "<pod>.<namespace>.svc." with no domain.
Keeper is enabled by default, so this hit every ClickHouse release.

The keeper name test set clusterDomain itself, which hid the bug; it
now supplies only _cluster.cluster-domain, as the platform does.
