Andrey Kolkov e60fbc3f37 chore(etcd-operator): bump to v0.5.6 ...

Controller-only release: EtcdMember Pods that reach a terminal phase
are replaced instead of being left behind, and EtcdCluster status is no
longer rewritten while etcd itself is unreachable. No CRD, RBAC or
values changes; re-vendoring the CRDs produces an empty diff.
