Re-vendors the upstream csi-driver-nfs Helm chart from 4.11.0 to 4.13.3, picking up the published security fixes in the bundled Go toolchain that the issue enumerates. Refreshes the CSI sidecars to current sig-storage releases (csi-provisioner v6.1.0, csi-resizer v2.0.0, csi-snapshotter/snapshot-controller v8.4.0, livenessprobe v2.17.0, node-driver-registrar v2.15.0) and nfsplugin to v4.13.3. The csi-provisioner v5->v6 and csi-resizer v1->v2 majors declare a Kubernetes 1.34 minimum for the VolumeAttributesClass API, but the chart pins --feature-gates=VolumeAttributesClass=false on both sidecars, so they skip that API and keep running on a sub-1.34 cluster. cozystack overrides are empty so nothing is clobbered, and helm template renders cleanly.
