Aleksei Sviridkin 4503538f91 feat(postgres): render a TenantProjection for the CA trust anchor ...

Postgres is the first consumer of the sentinel model. The chart renders
a TenantProjection named <release>-ca declaring CNPG's <release>-ca as
the CACert source; the CA-extraction controller lifts ca.crt alone into
the tenant-readable <release>.tenant-ca projection and owns it through
the sentinel.

Drop the spec.caCert declaration leg from the ApplicationDefinition API
and from the postgres definition — the sentinel replaces it. The
tenant-ca include selector that makes the projection tenant-visible is
unchanged.
