The COZYSTACK_VERSION env test pinned talos and hosted but not generic,
leaving the generic branch of the endpoint-env interleave (KUBERNETES_
SERVICE_HOST/PORT from cozystack.apiServerHost/Port) unguarded. Add a
generic + platformVersion case so a refactor can't silently drop
COZYSTACK_VERSION or mis-render the generic endpoint block.
