Aleksei Sviridkin b93e048ff6 chore(release): name the cloudflare-tunnel images among the dropped refs ...

The comment above the retag filter enumerates what promotion drops
today, and the two cloudflare-tunnel images were missing from it. They
are dropped for the same reason as kuberture: the wrapper overrides
only `tag:` and leaves the repository in the vendored chart, so the
enumeration emits a host-less "<ver>@sha256:..." that the $REGISTRY
prefix match never selects. kuberture was listed under the third-party
host bullet, which is not what drops it, so it moves with them.
Behaviour is unchanged.
