Re-vendors the opencost chart from 1.41.0 to 2.5.23 (app 1.111.0 -> 1.120.3), crossing the 1.x -> 2.x chart-major boundary, picking up the published security fixes. The major bump's values-schema changes are additive (new clusterName, pdb, extraObjects keys; no removals), so the cozystack overrides (external prometheus vmselect endpoint, customPricing) stay valid -- confirmed by render. Pins the update target to --version 2.5.23 and drops the upstream chart's own snapshot-based helm-unittest suite (it fails in the cozystack render context). Adds cozystack helm-unittest coverage: pins the image and the prometheus endpoint wiring.
