Myasnikov Daniil 3d901ca9b4 test(clickhouse): add backup API render assertions ...

The port the backup strategy dials, the two secretKeyRefs the
clickhouse-backup sidecar authenticates with, and the auth Secret that
backs them are all rendered by this chart. A helm-unittest suite
catches a regression in them on every pull request, while the e2e
assertions on the same wiring run only when test-impact analysis
selects the ClickHouse suite. The e2e assertions stay, since they
check the operator-created Pod and the admitted Secret.
