Aleksei Sviridkin d7ae5bd2ab feat(platform): register trust-manager in system bundle ...

Adds a cozystack.trust-manager PackageSource and renders the matching
Package CR in every system-bundle variant. Trust-manager depends on
cozystack.cert-manager: the upstream chart provisions its webhook
serving cert via a cert-manager Certificate, so without cert-manager
running the trust-manager install hangs on webhook readiness.

PackageSource carries two components — trust-manager-crds first, then
trust-manager — both installed into cozy-cert-manager (shared namespace
with cert-manager).
