"On any git" is the same unverified version claim the commit before this
one removed from the recipe two sentences up. `git cherry-pick --skip`
arrived in git 2.23 (ra/cherry-pick-revert-skip, merged 2019-07-19; the
option is absent from the 2.22 manual and present in 2.23's), so the
sentence now says that instead of asserting every git has it.
