IvanHunters 92eec24d41 fix(migrations): add missing application.group label in migration 29 ...

HelmReleases created by migration 29 for vm-disk and vm-instance were
missing the apps.cozystack.io/application.group label. This label is
required by the Cozystack API server as a mandatory selector to
synthesize VMDisk and VMInstance resources. Without it, resources were
invisible to the API and the hikube portal, appearing as if they had
disappeared.
