IvanHunters cd72d81bb4 Merge branch 'main' into feat/kubernetes-nodes-phase2b
Reconcile the phase-2b split with main's configurable worker-health
feature (MHC condition timeouts, maxNodeProvisionTime, podCpuLimit/
podCpuRequest), which landed on both charts after this branch forked:

- kubernetes (parent): pool rendering stays removed; main's parent
worker-pool additions do not apply post-split.
- kubernetes-nodes (pool): absorb the feature; keep the directional
parent-version skew guard and the immutable cluster/storageClass rules.
KubevirtMachineTemplate content hashes are unchanged (render snapshot).
- migration 54: carry podCpuLimit/podCpuRequest (KMT-hash inputs) and the
  cluster-wide readyUnknownTimeout/readyFalseTimeout/maxNodeProvisionTime
into adopted pools, so adoption neither rolls nor resets a tuned pool.
Covered by a new adopt-values bats case.
- drop the parent chart's obsolete MHC-timeout suites; the
  kubernetes-nodes twins cover the feature.

# Deliberately NOT the kube-ovn POD_CIDR (10.244.0.0/16, set as
# networking.podCIDR by the install step). kube-ovn owns pod IPAM and
# allocates flat from POD_CIDR; cilium is chained behind it and allocates
# no pod addresses, but it still carves its own per-node router and
