isp-hosted shipped unable to converge and nothing noticed, because no lane installs it: every e2e lane runs isp-full on Talos, where Cozystack provides the CNI and storage itself. This suite installs it the way it is meant to run, through the hosted installer variant on a cluster that brings its own CNI, kube-proxy and default StorageClass, and passes only when every HelmRelease is Ready and the variant really left out the data plane it delegates to the host.
