Alexey Artamonov e23fceffe7 docs(postgres-operator): distinguish chart version from appVersion in comment
Reword the values.yaml comment so it does not call appVersion 1.30.0 a
"published chart": the published chart version is 0.29.0 and it carries
appVersion 1.30.0. Keeping the two distinct stops a maintainer from running
`helm pull --version 1.30.0`.

Addresses CodeRabbit review feedback on #3951.

# The vendored chart is 0.29.0 (appVersion 1.30.0), pulled directly by `make update`.
# The operator image and its CRDs both come from that published chart, so they are
# aligned by construction - there is no patch step. (This replaced
# patches/cloudnative-pg-1.28.2.patch, which hand-carried the 1.28 line to appVersion
# 1.28.2 because upstream published no chart for that appVersion - charts ship only per
# minor .0/.1; chart 0.29.0 carries appVersion 1.30.0 natively, so the patch is gone.)
#
# Do NOT pin image.tag here: the tag follows the chart's appVersion, so operator and CRDs stay
# in lockstep. Pinning image.tag to a version the CRDs do not match makes the operator write
# status fields the CRD prunes (e.g. status.instanceID.sessionID, added in CNPG 1.27.3),
# failing every backup cluster-wide. To move the operator + CRDs, bump the chart version
# in the Makefile.
# CloudNativePG Barman Cloud Plugin (github.com/cloudnative-pg/plugin-barman-cloud).
# Native spec.backup.barmanObjectStore is deprecated in CNPG 1.27 and removed in 1.29,
# and the `standard` postgresql image variant this platform pins no longer ships the
# barman-cloud-* binaries. The plugin runs the barman tooling in a sidecar instead, so
# it must be co-located with the CNPG operator: CNPG discovers plugins by listing
# Services carrying the cnpg.io/pluginName label *in the operator's own namespace*
# (cozy-postgres-operator). The subchart renders every object into .Release.Namespace,
# which cozyhr/Flux set to cozy-postgres-operator, so no namespaceOverride is needed.
#
# Requires cert-manager: the subchart mints a self-signed Issuer plus the
# barman-cloud-server-tls / barman-cloud-client-tls Secrets that carry the mTLS between
# the operator and the plugin.
