Aleksei Sviridkin 47c8288786 feat(cozystack-controller): stop counting claim GPUs on launcher pods ...

Each GPUClaim has a usage record of its own, so the virt-launcher pod
of a VMI with claim references would report the same GPUs a second
time. The units the VMI's attached claims hold are subtracted after
the resources annotation is merged, since that annotation may name the
GPU too; names the claims do not cover, such as a NIC next to the GPU,
stay reported. Only a pod the VMI lists in status.activePods is
covered, since whoever creates a pod sets its owner reference.
