Aleksei SviridkinandClaude 09805ff382 fix(manifestutil): check apiVersion in CollectCRDNames for consistent GVK matching ...

CollectCRDNames now requires both apiVersion "apiextensions.k8s.io/v1"
and kind "CustomResourceDefinition", consistent with the validation in
crdinstall.Install.
