The PR Auto-Label workflow triggered on pull_request_target 'edited', which fires on every PR title *and body* edit. Long-lived bot PRs such as Renovate repeatedly edit their description on schedule, causing the label job to re-run dozens of times against an unchanged commit (e.g. ~48 runs on #2998, all on the same head SHA). Drop 'edited' so the job only runs on opened/reopened/synchronize. Labels derived from the PR title are re-applied on the next push or on reopen. Title-only edits between pushes no longer trigger a relabel, which is an acceptable trade for eliminating the churn.
