Deciding whether a TLSRoute forwards anywhere reads the backend Service and the ReferenceGrant admitting a cross-namespace reference to it, and both are watched rather than fetched on demand. The read-everything rule at the foot of the ClusterRole covers them today, so nothing is broken. Naming them keeps the feature working the day that rule is narrowed, where an informer starting without a grant fails with Forbidden and takes the manager with it. The kubebuilder markers in the package generate nothing: controller-gen runs over ./api/... alone and writes no rbac artifact, so the shipped role is hand-written and only a test connects the two.
