The doc still claimed the kubernetes-nodes per-pool storageClass is intentionally
not immutable and undefaulted. This branch annotated it immutable (self == oldSelf
XValidation, @immutable in values.yaml) and it defaults to replicated, and the
cluster field is immutable too. Rewrite the paragraph to describe both fields,
add kubernetes-nodes to the covered-apps list, and drop the now-stale
top-level-only caveat on the kubernetes entry.
