IvanHunters 206957610e test(platform): cover implicit-md0 migration path and sync jq comment ...

Both existing adopt-values cases feed an explicit md0, leaving the DEFAULT_MD0
materialisation (empty nodeGroups) uncovered. Add a case asserting a parent HR
with no nodeGroups yields the child HR kubernetes-nodes-<cluster>-md0 with
minReplicas 0 and the ingress-nginx role. Also correct the header comment: the
jq picks ["version","talos"] and narrows images to {kubectl} separately, not
["version","talos","images"].
