Aleksei Sviridkin d2fcf41fb8 docs(agents): drop redis-operator from the build-target violations ...

The root Makefile build: list now carries the redis-operator image, so
the package stamps a reference from inside the list every other producer
iterates, and the image-refs rule no longer names it as a live violation.
flux-plunger, keycloak-operator and kilo still are.
