Aleksei Sviridkin 6c7f851156 fix(cozystack-api): migrate apps fuzzer to randfill so the roundtrip test passes ...

The core fuzzer was migrated from gofuzz to randfill, but the apps fuzzer was
left on gofuzz. TestRoundTripTypes runs both fuzzers (apps first), so
registering a gofuzz.Continue func against the randfill-based roundtrip harness
panics ("customFuncs' second argument must be a randfill.Continue").

Migrate the apps fuzzer the same way (randfill.Continue / FillNoCustom). With
no gofuzz consumers left, go mod tidy drops the dependency. TestRoundTripTypes
now passes.
