Arsolitt 9095afea63 feat(redis): constrain tls.authClients to enum at the values source

Lift the documented `no` / `optional` / `yes` values for tls.authClients
from prose into an `## @enum {string} AuthClients` typedef in
packages/apps/redis/values.yaml. cozyvalues-gen then propagates the
constraint into:

  - values.schema.json — adds `"enum": ["no","optional","yes"]` so
    invalid values fail chart-value validation up front.
  - api/apps/v1alpha1/redis/types.go — `AuthClients` becomes its own
    Go type with a `+kubebuilder:validation:Enum=...` annotation,
    aligning the cozystack Redis CR with the operator-side enum on
    the RedisFailover CRD.
