IvanHunters 4198914dae fix(opensearch): give the securityconfig update job its own resources

The operator hands spec.security.config.updateJob.resources straight to the
Job container and the chart left it unset, so a tenant namespace applied its
LimitRange default of 128Mi instead. securityadmin.sh runs java with no -Xmx
and is OOMKilled at that size, and the operator builds the Job with
backoffLimit 0, so that one kill is final: the security index is never
written and every node stays unready.

Constants rather than a preset value, because the tool configures the cluster
once and exits.
