Nothing triggers a reconcile of a HelmRelease when an object one of its
templates looks up changes, so a lookup leaves the release on a stale
answer, and the project has worked to remove them. They keep spreading
because agents read the charts, find over a hundred lookups, and take
them as the convention. The guidance says they are not, names the one
accepted kind, and what to do instead.
