Address review feedback on #3384. The TIA rule for
examples/backups/<app>/ that an earlier revision of this commit added
has since landed on main independently (50fb3c87c, "run the postgres
backup round-trip e2e in CI under TIA"), so only the suite change
remains here after the rebase.
mariadb-2-backup-roundtrip runs in the shared, persistent tenant-root
namespace with fixed resource names, so a run killed before the finally
leaves stale state behind; a leftover BackupJob still carrying
status.phase=Succeeded would satisfy the Succeeded wait without a real
backup ever running. Add an idempotent pre-clean step (run cleanup.sh
before run-all.sh), mirroring the etcd suite, and reword the suite
comment to reference the merged etcd-2-backup-roundtrip pattern instead
of postgres-2-backup-roundtrip.
