Myasnikov DaniilandClaude Opus 4.8 c69f0f61c7 ci(release): annotate the nightly nocloud push with image.source

The first-ever `oras push` of cozystack-nocloud creates the GHCR package,
but without org.opencontainers.image.source it is created unlinked to the
repo, and the follow-up `oras tag … nightly` can 403 permission_denied:
write_package until someone links it by hand. Set the annotation on push so
the package is linked from the start (matches the --label the image builds
already carry).
