Arsolitt 81239b332d feat(nats): add TLS schema and generated artifacts ...

- Extend values.yaml and JSON schema with tls.enabled (*bool tri-state) and tls.secretName fields
- Update Go types and regenerate README for TLS field
- Enable TLS toggle in nats-rd cozyrds config
- Wire helm-unittest into Makefile as test target
