Alexey Artamonov 324a342e61 test(seaweedfs): make the BSD-date shim honor the audit's real format string ...

The two end-to-end tests that reproduce issue #4273 on a GNU runner drive
the audit through _write_fake_date, a `date` shim that rejects the GNU
`-d` spelling so the script must take its BSD `date -j -f` branch. But the
shim discarded the format argument the script passed and recomputed the
epoch with its own hardcoded `%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S`. So the one string those
tests exist to protect -- the audit's BSD format spelling, which is the
whole of #4273 -- was never actually exercised: a regression in it left
the tests green. The only test that hits a real BSD `date -j -f` short-
circuits on the GNU branch on the CI runner, so the gap was invisible
exactly where the gate runs.

The shim now captures both the format and the value and uses the format
the audit passed. On a BSD host it honors it through real `-j -f`, so a
wrong format fails as production would; on a GNU-only runner, which has no
`-j` to enforce a format, it falls back to `-d` only for the exact format
the audit is supposed to pass, so a regressed spelling is not silently
rescued and the tests turn red on the very runner they guard.
