Arsolitt 924e856878 fix(mariadb): move version to its own section and expose tls.required default ...

Add a @section Version parameters marker in values.yaml so that the version
parameter is grouped separately from TLS parameters in the generated README
and schema. Explicitly set tls.required: true in values.yaml so UI clients
and schema consumers see the correct default (true, matching the template
behaviour documented in the description field). Also add
[\"spec\",\"tls\",\"enabled\"] and [\"spec\",\"tls\",\"required\"] to keysOrder in
mariadb-rd so TLS child fields render in a stable order in the dashboard.

Regenerate codegen artifacts accordingly.
