Arsolitt 9ae332cf29 feat(mariadb): add TLS schema and generated artifacts ...

- Add tls.enabled (*bool) and tls.required fields to API types and values
- Update JSON schema with nullable tls.enabled tri-state and required flag
- Extend Makefile with test target wiring helm-unittest into CI
- Update cozyrds descriptor to expose new TLS fields
- Update README to document tls.required semantics and nullable type
