run-all.sh said NAMESPACE could be overridden through the environment, but
the numbered manifests pin namespace: tenant-root while only the waits read
$NAMESPACE, so an override would create resources in one namespace and wait
in another. The demo is tenant-root-specific anyway: the system bucket
credentials and the derived strategy live there. Say that instead.
