A to-copy restore reads the dump from the source backup's bucket/endpoint but
authenticates with the target cluster's own S3 credentials (the source
release's Secret dies with it in a DR scenario). Document that the target's
credentials must therefore be able to read the source bucket - the common
same-bucket cozy-backups case - and that a cross-account/bucket target fails
loudly with AccessDenied rather than silently restoring nothing.

Addresses the MINOR credential-scoping note from PR review.
