Aleksei Sviridkin 9d34f69e96 feat(platform): run the GPU node agent with gpu-operator ...

GPUNode inventory is needed exactly where GPUs are served, so the
agent ships as a component of every gpu-operator variant, in the
cozy-gpu-operator namespace. It is marked privileged because its
hostPath mounts are refused below the privileged Pod Security level,
and the operator labels a namespace privileged only for privileged
components.
