A gpu.cozystack.io/<class> or gpu.cozystack.io/total key caps the whole subtree of the tenant that declares it and is enforced by the GPUClaim admission and the GPU controller, not by this gate. The tenant chart does not render these keys into the namespace ResourceQuota, so a tenant declaring only GPU keys gets no quota objects and draws from its parent's pool like a tenant that declares nothing. The declaration gate read the same values verbatim. It would carve a child's GPU key out of its parent's and siblings' as if it were a pod resource, and it treated a GPU-only tenant as bounded, leaving that tenant's usage out of its parent's pool. Drop the GPU keys where the declared quotas are parsed, so the child, the parent, the siblings and the pool membership all see the same keys the chart renders.
