Myasnikov Daniil d0e4b4dbe5 refactor(operator): extract parsePositiveDuration into testable helper ...

The previous closure inside main() couldn't be tested because every error
path called os.Exit(1). Lifting it to a package-level function returning
(time.Duration, error) lets a table test exercise happy paths and rejections
("0s", "-5m", "5x", empty input) directly. main() retains the os.Exit
behaviour via a thin wrapper.
