Aleksei Sviridkin dd486fa95f fix(security): bump api/apps/v1alpha1 deps to latest ...

This module exposes the apps/v1alpha1 Go types to external consumers
and was missed in the initial sweep. Bumps it in line with the rest
of the security PR.

Bumps:
- k8s.io/apimachinery 0.35.2 -> 0.36.0
- golang.org/x/net 0.47.0 -> 0.53.0
- golang.org/x/text 0.31.0 -> 0.36.0
- go directive 1.25.0 -> 1.26.2

All bumps are transitive (the module itself only declares
k8s.io/apimachinery directly). No source changes required.
