Myasnikov Daniil 00d47ee684 ci(tags): include data/versions in website docs commit ...

`release_next.sh` and `init_version.sh` (via `update-all → init-version`)
create `data/versions/<DOC_VERSION>.yaml` for new versions, but the
`update-website-docs` job only staged `content` and `hugo.yaml`. The new
file was silently dropped from the website PR, breaking
`{{< version-pin >}}` lookups for the released minor.
