Arsolitt e4280292fc refactor(mariadb): drop null from tls.enabled schema, use kindIs invalid pattern
The tls.enabled field was previously patched in the Makefile via jq to
emit "type": ["boolean","null"], which breaks cozystack-api's
apiextv1.JSONSchemaProps.Type (single string field) and silently
disables server-side defaulting.

cozyvalues-gen correctly emits "type": "boolean" from the @param {*bool}
annotation. The jq patch and its precondition/postcondition checks are
no longer needed and are removed from the Makefile.

The tri-state behavior (unset tls.enabled inherits external) is
preserved through the kindIs "invalid" check in the _tls.tpl helper,
which catches the unset case. Explicitly passing null is rejected by
schema validation, which is the correct behavior for a boolean field.
