The attribution trailer exists for disclosure, not to advertise a model. A model name in the trailer tells a reviewer nothing they can act on, and it goes stale with every tool change, so the accepted form is a single `Assisted-by: LLM` line however many tools took part. A link to an assistant session is worse still: it rots, and it carries nothing about the change itself, so no session trailer and no transcript URL belong in a commit, a PR description, or a comment. The commit body explains why a change is made; the diff already shows what changed. The hygiene rules for messages, trailers and in-code comments are written down as review blockers for the same reason: a NOT LGTM on one of them is then a stated rule, not a reviewer's taste.
