## What this PR does

The PR Title Auto-Labeling section still lists `edited` among the events
`.github/workflows/pr-labeler.yaml` runs on. That trigger was dropped in
#3211 — the workflow carries the note at the top of its `on:` block, and
the v1.6.0 changelog records the change — so the document and the
workflow have disagreed since.

I hit it the way the document's intended reader would. Three PRs opened
with GitHub's branch-derived titles, corrected afterwards to
Conventional Commits, and the labels did not follow:
`area/uncategorized` on all three and no `kind/feature`, because nothing
re-ran. The second paragraph this PR adds is that consequence, which is
the part a contributor actually needs: a corrected title does not
re-label until the next push or a reopen, and since the labeler only
ever adds, the `area/uncategorized` left by the first title stays until
a human removes it.

I walked the trigger map in `docs/agents/contributing.md` against this
diff. The only file it touches is that document, and the two triggers
pointing at it are narrower than this change: `cozystack/community`
restates the **commit convention** from it (types, scopes, sign-off, the
`Assisted-by: LLM` trailer) and the **PR template and downstream
checklist**, and `cozystack/ccp` gates its `package-bump` skill on the
same commit convention. Neither restates the labeler's event list, which
is what changes here. Nothing else in the map reaches a docs-only
change.
