IvanHunters eeee87f0b1 Merge branch 'main' into feat/kubernetes-nodes-phase2b ...

Resolve the migrations pin conflict in packages/core/platform/values.yaml:
keep targetVersion 55 (this branch owns migration 54) and take the newer
platform-migrations image v1.6.0 from main. The in-tree image pin
intentionally lags targetVersion until the release retag, and
run-migrations.sh fails loud if a targeted migration is missing from the
image, so the lag is safe by design.
