Aleksei Sviridkin fa7372a554 test(cacert): map the e2e suite to its install source ...

hack/select-install.sh --validate requires every chainsaw suite directory
to resolve to a PackageSource, and the new cacert suite had no mapping, so
the install-side test-impact validation — run by the unit-test gate — failed.
Map it to cozystack.cozystack-basics, the package that ships the policy the
suite exercises, mirroring the securitygroup suite's mapping to its own
controller package.
