- 00-bucket.yaml: correct the Secret-name comment to include the
  "bucket-" release prefix (bucket-<bucket>-<user>), matching the
  README and 00-helpers.sh.
- README: note that S3_CA_NAMESPACE defaults to tenant-root
  independently of NAMESPACE, so a non-root tenant run must override
  it (and S3_CA_SECRET) too.
