The amd64 release job builds the Talos installer and matchbox for both
arches, so the pages that said CI never builds both in one job, and
that build-amd64 builds amd64 only, were wrong. Every rc stitch also
skips matchbox and the e2e sandbox, and the nightly report lists
matchbox and the refs an in-tree rebuild stamps over; the page said
every such skip and line fails the next rc. Name the ones that do not.
