* fix(console): let Claude ack Project Anatole alerts via console_run

console_run anatole-ack-<id> failed with "command.run: called from a
tool.call hook, it would wait on the turn this hook is holding": the
console sent /protector and awaited its answer inside Claude's tool
call, and the host refuses a slash command while that call holds the
turn. A clock tick and immediate:true do not avoid it (probed against
Claude Code 2.1.289); a command started after the hook returns runs.

The Anatole specs now send /protector without waiting, retry for about
a minute while the host reports the turn as held, and say Queued until
the mod answers. Acks still pass the console confirm and Claude-control
level. ruflo-console 0.49.7.
