randRuFlo 866f844483 fix(cli,ruflo-knowledge-graph): causal-edge says when an edge cannot be read back under encryption at rest; kg-traverse uses the read tools (#4135, #4161) ...

agentdb_causal-edge returns readable:false plus a warning when graph_edges is RFE1-encrypted;
k-hop names the encrypted store instead of a generic unavailable backend; kg-traverse and
graph-navigator use agentdb_graph-query / agentdb_graph-pathfinder and stop calling
context-synthesize on entity records. ruflo-knowledge-graph 0.3.6.
