The pre-split claude-flow@2.x line is no longer built, tested, or
published from this repo — v3/@claude-flow/* is the active codebase.
Moving v2/ under archive/v2/ to make the inactive status visible from
the directory layout while preserving full git history (6,440 renames,
no content changes).
- git mv v2 archive/v2
- new archive/README.md explains what's frozen, where the v3
equivalents live (cli, mcp-tools, hooks, memory), and a
"don't add new code here" note
- .npmignore: replace `v2/` rule with `archive/` so future archived
items inherit the same exclusion automatically
Auditing for downstream impact: no active package.json, tsconfig, or
CI workflow imports from v2/. The only top-level reference was the
.npmignore rule (now updated). Forks pinned to claude-flow@2.x can still
reach the source via the git history regardless of folder name.
