randRuFlo 617f1935fa docs(codex): fix stray npx invocation of @claude-flow/codex ...

The package.json bin for this CLI is registered as claude-flow-codex,
but the package itself publishes under the scoped name @claude-flow/codex.
Several usage examples told a reader to run 'npx claude-flow-codex ...',
which resolves to a different (nonexistent) unscoped package rather than
this one.
